added some useful abstractions:

...rowcol... indexing vectors/matrices can be converted to row and
column indexing vectors/matrices.

mtx_find_rowcol ... finding nonzero row and column indices of a matrix

mtx_mod.pd ... modulo operator using division and rounding.
