Added "open" and "close" methods so that many commands can be executed
without needed to reinitialize the camera (which can only be done a
limited number of times).
Fixed problems with running on newer PDs (>0.40-4).
Cleaned up code a little, removed problems leading to many warnings.
Updates to help file.
