implemented output sorting (ogetall, ogetrec, ogetsub), see bug #154
Fixed bug #148.
added success/error reporting for file operations
implemented UTF-8 conversion for OSX
Additionally XML files are now encoded with UTF-8.
changed obviously buggy pool name registering
some assertions
sorting fixes and optimizations
