Subject: ok, my new svn->cvs mirroring script did its job correctly, but
 brainlessly. the former dyn (aka dyn~ external) is now dyn (the library),
 while dyn~ is now dynext. There is also dyn_py, the py/pyext module for dyn.
 Initial checkin.
