Subject: - removed all references to $(helpdir) since everything is a
 self-contained   libdir now

- removed cruft sections: deprecated, devellibs, file

- ported to template Makefile: freeverb~, pan

- ported to template Makefile and removed: sixaxis, usbhid, xbee
