- create message-help.pd, namecanvas-help.pd and all_about_messages which
  include [namecanvas] and the additional/pd-msg docs

- update route-help.pd to discuss the three modes of [route]: float mode,
  symbol mode, and data type mode.

- change [pwd] to [getdir]
