- implemented |dssi remap( message.
This remaps MIDI channel numbers to instances. e.g. |dssi remap 1 1 2( maps channel 1 to instances 1 & 2, and channel 2 to instance 3. svn path=/trunk/externals/postlude/; revision=14166
